Donations For The Hutchinsons

Matthew Hutchinson, age 20, passed away at his residence in Starkville, Mississippi on August 17, 2018. He was a student at Starkville High School and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Starkville. Matthew dearly loved family, friends and his dog Chip. Some of the favorite activities that he loved so dearly included riding his bicycle, motor cycles, attending Camp Rising Sun in Columbus, Victory Junction Nascar Camp, riding in the side car at Ride for Kids, and MSU basketball. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, August 20, 2018 in the First United Methodist Church Activities Center from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. An additional visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 21 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church with the service to follow. Internment will be in Memorial Gardens Park in Starkville. Services will be conducted by Reverend Jake Adams-Wilson, Reverend Bill Duncan, and Dr. Jim Genesse. Matthew is survived by his parents Pat and Audrey Hutchinson of Starkville; brother, Tyler Hutchinson of Pensacola, Florida; sister, Jamie Hutchinson of Starkville, Candace Rose of Jackson, Jennifer Tranum of Jackson, and Stephanie Thomas of Jackson; grandparents, Pat and Pam Salmon of Starkville, Ruth Hutchinson of Pontotoc, and Roy and Teresa Fox of Sweetwater, TN.; he was preceded in death by his grandfather Flavous Hutchinson. We, friends of Matt and the family, would like to collect donations to help defray costs for Matt’s funeral expenses. Every dollar will help and will be so gratefully appreciated. Thank you for loving Matt, as you know he loved all of you. He will forever be missed.
