Heart Surgery For AUSSIE PAUL

Paul and his wife Susan (nickname Charlie-B) are Australians who have lived in Nicaragua with their 3 kids for the last 8+ years. They are an amazing couple who run a modest hostel on a small beach. Paul has recently been diagnosed with a heart blockage and will be in critical condition soon uf he doesn't receive an operation. This beautiful family needs help to raise 12K to help Paul.
