As many of you already know, my niece
Alyssa (really my cousin ) was in a terrible car accident a few weeks ago. She was driving on a curvy road in Setauket in the rain and lost control of her car. She crashed into a fence, a guardrail, a small house on a golf course and an electrical pole. This caused her car to go on fire. She was able to crawl out of her burning car and was pulled away from the flames by a good samaritain! On the news they broadcasted that she was ok, but she is NOT okay! She had skull fractures, leg lacerations and head trauma. She is still in the hospital recovering slowly. She is obviously out of work and school and so is my cousin Sheryl as Alyssa needs to be watched 24/7. The medical bills and other expenses are becoming such a huge burden on the entire family. We have no idea how long her recovery will be as she was told she will have to have another surgery on her head in three months. I am hoping you can help!! No donation is too small!
