it is with deep sorrow to announce the passing of james brown, the brother of captain jeff "chowder" brown. james lost his long, couragious battle with cancer and is now at his final resting place. his fight with cancer has taken a toll on the family emotionally and financially. i am asking for donations, to assist james's family with the funeral expenses. lets help our brother jeff brown during this difficult time.
