Rise of the Philippines: Typhoon Relief

My Name is Caleb Law. I'm 25 years old and from Seattle, WA. In 2008 and 2011 I went to the Philippines for MISSIONS work. I was raised closely and brought up by the Filipino people and their culture and it has always been a large part of who I am. Doing MISSIONS work there was a powerful and life changing thing that has always and will always mean the world to me.We all know what kind of disaster Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) was for the Philippines and this is my way of going to support. On January 10th, for two and a half weeks, IRIS MINISTRIES is sending its SECOND team to aid in relief efforts. IRIS is an organization known for doing GODs work throughout the world (Mozambique, Africa, to name a few) and we are now going to the Philippines to do the same. Bringing the power of prayer, worship, counseling, rebuilding efforts, water supplies, and overall physical, emotional and spiritual relief efforts.


Seeing as how this is a missions trip the money raised will go towards our team to fund out airfare, living environments AS WELL as bulk water / nonperishable food items, tools and supplies to rebuild churches, schools, homes and roofs.
