Unsafe Home!! HELP!

My father n law Ken lives in a very old trailor that needs to be torn down or condemned. We have not seen him in a while, and when we visited him yesterday to introduce him to his new baby grand daughter, his house reeked of mold. He has black mold everywhere, mildew, holes in his floor, holes in his roof, vents are caved in, it is very UNSAFE. My father n law suffers with anxiety pretty bad though and has lived there for so long, he is afraid to move. His hips are bad, he is struggling to walk, so he has very little money to live on because he can not work with out severe pain. His furniture and everything needs to be thrown out and replaced!!! I am concerned for his health and am really hoping that some caring folks can contribute enough money to pay for his trailor to be taken off of that lot and replaced with a newer healthy one and clean furniture and belongings on the inside!! We may not be able to get him to leave that park, but at least we can provide him a safe home that will not make him sick and so we can visit! If this does not happen, I am going to have to tell him he wont be able to see his grand children due to the black mold and safety hazards, and I dont want to break his heart because I know that fears and anxitey are a serious illness and he cant help it. :(
