My name is Abbey Tishka-Melendez and I made this page on behalf of my family, the Dalaly family. Brian Dalaly, my cousin, died suddenly and unexpectedly on November 25th at the age of 36. Our entire family is devastated by this loss, and he will be sorely missed by us all.
Brian took care of our grandmother full time for the last few years. He lived with her his whole life, and they shared an unbreakable bond. He was a kind, loyal, and fun person. He loved his family, his friends, and his dog Daisy. He was always there to lend a helping hand or sit with you when you were sad. He played a mean game of poker and loved to watch NASCAR and The Chicago Bears. He always had a police scanner on his hip so he would know where and what all the action was. He did charitable work within the Catholic Church and for the community. Before taking care of our grandmother full time, he previously worked for the Emergency Services and Disaster Agency.
Since Brian was unemployed he had no life insurance. We are asking to raise money to cover the cost of his funeral and death expenses. With any leftover funds we will use the money to help ease the financial burdens of our grandmother.
We ask that if you are able, to please donate. We all know that any amount is a helpful amount. If you are unable to contribute financially, we ask that you please share this page instead, as that will be a contribution in and of itself.
Thank you.
