Support Team Aydon

Aydon Jax was born on February 22, 2013 at 12:53 AM. He was a happy, bubbly 8 month old baby boy, who loved to smile and laugh. While in the supervision of his caregiver, he was violently shaken and had to be rushed to Riverside Hospital in Newport News, VA. He was later flown to CHKD Norfolk. He is currently in PICU suffering from Abusive Brain Trauma or also know as Shaken Baby Syndrome. The doctors are saying that he won't be transferable for at least 6 weeks. When it is okay for him to become mobile, he will be later transferred to Duke Children's Hospital in Durham, NC. Both parents are US Navy veterans and have another baby on the way. Their health insurance will not cover all the health costs. The funds will go towards healthcare and items to suite Aydon's needs as the situation develops.
