Trinity's medical fund

The friends and family of Trinity McCall are requesting your assistance to raise funds to establish a trust account for her future needs. Trinity is 3 years old and has been diagnosed with multiple degenerative and terminal medical conditions that will require special adaptive equipment, surgeries, therapy, and hospital visits. Trinity blesses everyone she meets with her big bright eyes and contagious smile.
