Hello, I am Hayat surviving with my family in Gaza. We are 10 people , children from the age of 5 years to 16 years and my parents who I care for. I am a twenty year old young woman, full of dreams, now responsible for the lives of everyone in my family and some have been killed in the war.

We lived in our home in Gaza City, for as long as we could. It was very scary to be displaced, to leave everything that was familiar to us. Everything has become so expensive in this war especially all the basic materials we need to shelter - traupaline, wood, a tent.

At the minute my whole family are living in a rented ruin which we will have to pay 300 USD a month for. We have ripped trapauline at the windows and the rain has been getting in. One of the children is now sick. Im scared as winter is coming.

I want to get my family a tent. It will make us feel more safe to know the tent is ours and no one can take it from us.

This will be 1500USD + 1000 USD cash withdrawl feed. Total 2500.

After we buy this, I want to make us a bathroom for some dignity.

And we need to buy food. There is food in Gaza but it is very expensive. We need 1500 USd a month to eat

The only way I can live is through donations. It hurts my heart to have to ask, I am a woman with ambittion to be a doctor. How has this become out life?

This situation is very difficult but it is made easier by my friends in Europe - Fern, Jayna, ronja,and georgina.
