Friends and family, PLEASE HELP.

Hi. I’m Jay Lewis. I’m raising money for my doctor’s bills and different wellness methodologies. I have cirrhosis of the liver, caused by a blood disorder(hemochromatosis- nothing alcohol related). I may even need a transplant at some point. I’m fighting this condition but it has really taken a toll on me. I went from 225lbs to 150lbs in a short period of time. I haven’t been cleared for disability so I have no income right now. So, I’m reaching out for help because I need it family, and extended family. PLEASE HELP.
