I was diagnosed with MS in 1996 May 2018 I returned to diet i followed in late '90's and had no MS symptoms for 10 years
After son was born 2004 I was unable to stick with strict diet , MS.symptoms returned, medication made symptoms worse.
I have returned to the strict diet, it is a combination of the Wahls protocol, Palmer Kipola diet and Raymond Francis recommendations in his book "Never be Sick again "
The results are unbelievable. My body is recovering, getting stronger every day. My goal is to be able to walk again.
I am trying to raise money to pay costs of organic groceries and caregivers I still need daily
