At 2:40 am on June 9, 2024, myself and my three daughters were sleeping in the safety of our home when the outside of our home was riddled with bullets. Thirty gunshots were fired, seven of which went through my 10-year-old daughter's room, and 23 hit the neighbor's home. My baby was shot in her left backside, which traveled through her rectum and intestines. She now has two holes in her and is in the ICU with a colostomy bag.

The apartment complex where we live is not willing to relocate us, and she/we are afraid to go back. My little sister is taking care of my 5 and 4-year-old as they're too young to stay overnight at the hospital. I have never asked for help with anything I do, but I am so lost. My world is closing in on me, and I just need help and a little guidance.
