Lance Campbell was a High School teacher and wrestling coach who was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis in April of 2017. The disease has progressed rapidly, leaving him unable to work and in need of care around the clock. Necessary modifications need to be made to the house and vehicles to accommodate Lance’s needs will add to expenses that are not covered by insurance.
