Back surgery needed at 27 years old

As most people know Koby has had back problems for years, well now its getting worse. A couple of years ago he was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. Mind you is only 27 right now. His bottom disc pop out and disable him for days at a time. He seen a spine doctor yesterday and they told him "if you had insurance we would be going to the hospital for surgery right now"...since he has no cartiledge in his lower disc its bone rubbing on bone now and pinching his nerves which is hurting his legs to the point to where he cant put much pressure on them. We have tried chiropractic care for months to a year and he got no relief. We have tried all kinds of meds that due no good for his pain. So now He is looking to surgery but he has no insurance. Surgery has been quoted to cost $17,950! We have to get this done! We live paycheck to paycheck and raise two beautiful girls, and we are now asking for help so we can possibly get Koby to feel like a 27 year old!! Anything little amount helps us to start the process of getting his surgery done! Thanks in advance.
