Help the residents of Puerto Rico.My grandparents live in Junco's, PR. My grandfather had heart surgery weeks before Hurricane Irma and was unable to evacuate. After sustaining minimal damage to their home, they didn't hesitate to just bunker down again for Maria. This time, as we all know, they were hit much harder. After a terrifying 9 days with no communication with them, we have finally heard that they are ok. However their home did sustain damage and does not have water or electricity, and they along with their elderly neighbors must spends hours a day walking and waiting to get some of the limited supplies from town. We have offered to bring them to the states as soon as possible but they fear their home might be looted. They also feel such a fierce loyalty and dedication to their community that they won't leave until everyone is safe and comfortable again. We hope to help the residents of Juntos and neighboring areas get back on their feet as quickly as possible. Aid is not reaching the residents of PR quickly enough. We will bring them food and supplies with your donations, as well as generators. We are also trying to find a way to bring solar panels to those in this remote area that will probably last to have their power supply returned to working order. Please help us help the people of Juntos get back on their feet!
