Help With My Brain Tumor

I never imagined at 26 years old I would be doing this, but I need some help. I have recently had to purchase a walker, shower chair and other items to help me get around as my brain tumor is effecting my day to day activities. I will be headed to John Hopkins soon to receive treatment. My wonderful family is helping me with travel expenses like hotel and plane tickets, but I need some help with a rental car, food while I'm up there and my medical bills. Any help is appreciated. I am truly humbled by the support I have received lately. Thank you all so much. This has been such a strain on my four year old daughter and family. I depend on them for day to day living and that is why I am reaching out for help. My medical expenses are adding up and Chris needs to trade time off of work. Thank you again
