Dog training

I hate asking for help.  I am over my limits on dogs.  Animal control has given me 30 days to get my dog numbers down.  The dogs I take in are the harder dogs to adopt out.  I go to adoptions every weekend to find them homes.  I have two dogs that get overlooked because they are non compliant at events.  Twix is dog selectiv.  She was thrown over into a horse rescue yard.  The horse rescue was moving to a smaller location and asked if we could take her.  She loves to go on walks, hikes, runs and swim in the dog pool. She is an absolute butt when we go to adoption events. Serrano is scared to death. Serrano we trapped at school.  When she showed up she had a rope around her neck.  She was at the schools for about a month.  She will come up and lick my feet but she needs a lot more training. She likes her routine.  She just doesnt know how to be a dog. They are both very sweet dogs.  I have used this trainer before for two of my other rescues.  Each dog would stay a month with him.  It will be a $1000 a dog.  I know my friends and family know that the money will be going straight to the dogs.  I am a hot mess and I have been doing a lot of ugly crying.  These are great dogs that deserve a great home.
