It is with broken hearts we share with you that at 4:46 am, the morning of April 9th, 2019, Robert Smith left our world. Anyone who knew Rob would know that he was a man who loved his family and friends very much. Rob was such a gentle giant with a love for life and a heart of gold. When his kids were born, he poured everything he had into them and everything he did was with them in mind. When the children were born, he knew he had to get serious about his health, but unfortunately, he developed an aggressive form of cancer that took him from us too early at 41 years of age.  

Rob loved gathering with his friends for Friday night poker, BBQ’s, hunting, fishing and he was always the life of the party!

He did everything he could to keep people together, a constant shining light of love and kindness. He was the glue that held everyone together.  Part of his love and respect of life included his love of plants! No one could grow a plant like Rob.

Whether you know you him as Rob, Robbie, Mildred, Smithers or Bubsy - there was no mistaking how many peoples’ lives he affected. Before his passing, Rob’s biggest wish was that his family would be taken care of.  People have been inquiring what it is that they could do to help. A fund has been set up to do just that. Please consider donating to help fulfill his wish of looking after his wife, Nicole, and their two beautiful children, Gabriel and Grace.
