Suzanne's Story,

Suzanne is one of the most selfless individuals I've ever had the privilege to meet. She has grown up in so much adversity, more than a 16 year old girl should have gone through. With being homeless, fighting domestic abuse and extreme poverty there are a few things she would like to be a part of while she finishes out her final high school years. This year, her high school choir is going to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. This is not even an option for her. She lives in a one bedroom 30 year old apartment in a building of four where she lives in the living room. She has a dream to be one of those kids who gets to do the things the rest of her classmates get to be apart of. As her bestfriend and sometimes guardian, I want to make this trip happen for her. She has always had to be grown up and be responsible for someone else and I wish nothing more for her to succeed and achieve her dreams. If you help me donate, you will be making a young girls heart soar. I want to do something big for her, but this something is above my means as I am a college student working as hard as I can.
