Jose Francisco Moreno Jr

We are raising money for Jose's celebration of life and the for the bill at the funeral home. Jose was a fun and loving kid. He loved his friends and his dog. Jose grew up in Mill City Oregon with his mother Bev, brother Rob, and sister Jessica. He made friends quickly. He loved everybody and never judged people. He was shot and killed. He was only 25.   He died too young and we want to remember how amazing he was. Everything is greatly appreciated.
