Help Chelsea fight breast cancer!

Hello! My name is Whitney, and I am starting this fundraiser for my sister Chelsea who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. My sister is an incredible mom of two (and a foster parent), a therapist, and an amazing sister and wife—and she is one of the most selfless, caring people I know. She always thinks about ways to help others and refuses to ask for help in most situations, so I knew I had to take this on myself to set up a fundraiser for her.

 

Her sudden and unexpected diagnosis has required many doctor's appointments and procedures over the past month, and now surgery scheduled for next week. Her husband Britton is wonderful and supportive in every way, but she is self-employed and taking unpaid time off work to accommodate all the doctor visits and upcoming surgery recovery time, putting their family in a bit of a financial bind. I am hoping to raise some money for them so she and her family can take the time they need to recover from this without having to worry so much about medical bills.


The doctor says Chelsea's prognosis is good once she receives her surgery and follow up treatments, and is anticipating a swift recovery. If you know my sister, you know that she is strong and will get through this, and that she is also the most deserving of your support. Every little bit helps, and I know she and her family would be so grateful for any amount you can contribute.
