Robin's Medical Fund

My mom, Robin Reed, has acute myeloid leukemia (AML). She has been on medical leave since she was diagnosed at the end of July. Bills continue to mount and her resources are all but gone.

She received a bone marrow transplant at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL, which requires her to remain in a hotel near Moffitt for at least 90 days. This housing expense is not covered by her insurance.

My mom's employer, Doctors Hospital of Sarasota, a HCA Healthcare facility, has generously donated $3,500 from its emplyee funded Hope Fund. This covers approximately half of the hotel bill. Our first goal is to raise the remaining $3,401.44,  so that she isn't faced with yet another large bill.  Any  additional donations will help with her medical and living expenses.
