Emergency Surgery For Fiona

Fiona is our sweet 5 year old French bulldog. She enjoys cuddles and car rides and thinks everyone she meets should pet her.

Fiona woke up not being able to walk and shaking uncontrollably in pain. She has been in and out of the emergency vet for the past week, but the pain just wasn’t able to be controlled.


 A $4000 MRI and overnight stay showed she had a severely ruptured disc. Pain meds were no longer an option as they have not helped. The only other options for Fiona was spinal surgery or to put her down. The spinal surgery is an additional estimated $8000 in cost. Sarah did decide to get the emergency spinal surgery done because she said Fiona is still young and she wasn’t ready to give up on her yet without trying everything she could first! Sarah is not the type of person to ever ask for help from anyone so I have set this up in hopes it might help her out with some expenses.
