I am the biological mother of Lindsay Amanda Waggoner. I am Frances Zavala and also the actual guardian of Christopher J Waggoner, Kensie J Waggoner, Joel D Waggoner & Jordan E Waggoner. I have actual paperwork. These children have not seen there mother in the hospital so therefore we are trying to put their Beloved mother to rest peacefully without causing turmoil. She is survived by her oldest sister Leslie & her big brother Simon. We the Waggoner & Zavala family appreciate your support and thank you for really caring about the facts. As you know I have continually kept everyone in the loop regarding my daughter's horrid accident as she was just an innocent passenger. I will continue to keep everyone informed on my Facebook.
