Louis Emil Schneider, III June 27, 1973 – February 7, 2022 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card On February 7, 2022, Louis Emil Schneider III, of Lawrenceville, NJ, passed away at 48 years old due to diabetes complications. Lou was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend to all. His passion in life was to help others and that is why he devoted his life to public service. God’s gift to Louis was how many lives he touched and influenced. Most importantly, he was proud of his Catholic faith and the love of his family and friends. Everywhere Lou went he brought a specialness that would brighten the room with his smile, storytelling, jokes, quick wit, and laughter. His hobbies included riding his restored moped, fishing, and traveling. Early in his career he was a volunteer fireman for Monmouth Junction Fire Department, NJ. He completed Fire School at Middle County College, January 1992. After he completed the Academy for Fire Prevention Inspector and the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Division of Fire Safety Firefighter he worked as a Fire Inspector for Franklin Township. Lou’s career did not end there because in 2001 he entered Washington DC Metropolitan Police Academy and was sworn in on May 31, 2002. He retired in 2014 and returned home to NJ to be closer with his family. He worked at Global Industrial Services as a Lead Supervisor for the last 7 years. In addition, Lou volunteered at the American Legion Post #458 as a SAL Commander. Predeceased by his parents Louis E. Jr. and Frances Ann Schneider, nephews Christopher Klein, Francis Delre and Michael Delre. He is survived by and will be especially missed by sisters, Jeanie – Marie Roberts, and her husband Edward, Catherine Mary Klein, Margaret Ann Delre, and her husband James, and Heather Rose Sinteff; his beloved nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly, Lauren Roberts, Jessica Roberts, Stephanie Roberts, Thomas Klein, Ryan Klein, James Delre, and his wife Carla, Ann Delre, Matthew Delre, Sarah Delre, Elizabeth Delre, Kurtis Sinteff, and Sarah Sinteff; and his great niece, Hope Frances Delre. and great nephew Peter James Delre. The family will greet visitors on Tuesday, February 15, 2022,
