Patricia Shaw, our friend and former co-worker of Shoppers Drug Mart and Maxi Drug, has recently been diagnosed with Stage IV Colon Cancer. Pat has a husband John and two young daughters. To make ends meet, both work. Pat has had to give up her wonderful job at Bennett's Furniture to concentrate on her illness and her family. Now without her added income, their budget is very tight. Pat has a painful road ahead of her, with chemotherapy already started. We are setting this GoFundMe Account up to try and alleviate the additional costs to the Shaw family that may arise through the difficult times ahead (hospital trips, parking, meds not covered, lost wages, etc) We appreciate all the help and support.
