, on the corner of Tampa Ave and Roscoe Blvd Jasmine was standing next to the bus stop when suddenly she was struck by a 2007 Toyota Tacoma, pick-up truck, that was involved in a three car collision. Jasmine was one of the first to be transported to the emergency room for urgent care. 19 year old Jasmine Dubon was announced deceased around 1:00 am July 4th 2013. Jasmine Dubon was born on May 1st,1994. She was a kind hearted , and was loved by many. Jasmine was known to be very out going and never hesitated on making new friends. She will be truly missed by all, and will live on in our memories. 07/04/13 <3
