I have had alot of friends and family ask about starting a go fund me so I decided to start one in addition to the fundraiser we have going on Facebook. I put a goal because they required it, but really we are thankful for any donations.

As many of you know Cody sustained a life threatening traumatic brain/eye injury  on 8/30/2018. His skull fractured into his frontal lobe and he had emergency surgery where they removed a peice of his skull to accommodate swelling, removed the subdural hemotoma, and peiced his eye back together. He has made it through the critical first stage of swelling, but he is going to have a very long recovery including weeks of rehibilatation. They have decided not the remove his eye as of now, but he is not expected to regain any vision in that eye.

Our family is working very hard to make sure he is taken care of during this process and I am planning on being his caretaker during his recovery with help from our family. All dontaions will be used for anything he might need during his recovery or any medical bills that don't get covered. 

Cody is always lending a hand whenever anyone needs help, whether it's on or off the racetrack. He is a hard worker, genuine, and passionate about so many things including: drifting, offroading, and golfing, just to name a few. I will always be by his side and can't wait to see him get back to doing the things he loves. #rosadostrong
