At this point, at the end of January 2017, Russia is again attacking the Ukrainian front line. We have the ability to funnel your donations directly to those able bring humanitarian aid right to the civilians near the front where the need is the greatest. This includes food, warm clothing, generators. I have a contact with whom I communicate regularly that has a team and makes regular trips to help civilians near the front line.
