Help Robert and His Family Battle Stage 4 Cancer

Update [March 13th, 2024]

The Horvath family would like to thank everyone who supported and prayed for Robert sincerely. We deeply felt the strength of your love, and you have touched Robert's heart every step of his battle.

Unfortunately, Robert passed away this morning, March 13th, at 10:23 am. While mourning this great loss, we feel deep sorrow. However, we must remind ourselves to celebrate his life and the impact he had on all of us. Robert was full of life and always had such passion that cannot be described but rather experienced. We experienced his passion and gusto through the stories he would tell, how he taught his students, and most powerfully -- through his music. While he is not physically with us anymore, his spirit and appreciation for celebration, love, and living life with passion will live on.

Our family is in the process of funeral arrangements, and we are forever grateful for all the support, prayers and love that we continue to receive. Thank you so much.

Update [March 2nd, 2024]

As of last Friday, my father, Robert, has been in critical condition, having received two emergency life-saving surgeries after he developed sepsis. He is still in the ICU, fighting and recovering under the care of excellent medical professionals and through the strength of everyone's prayers.

Unfortunately, Robert's cancer treatment is being put on hold as a result of these unexpected medical emergencies, and my family and I are hoping for your support and prayers until Robert can start his cancer treatment and get back on his feet.

Thank you to everyone who has already donated. Thank you to those who pray for Robert and keep him in their thoughts. We immensely appreciate every single one of you and feel the power of your love.
