Eglise Baptiste Évangélique des Rachetés (E.B.E.R.) is a Haitian church founded in 1993. Under the faithful leadership of Reverend Dr. Wilguymps Charles, our congregation has grown spiritually and in community. Throughout the years, we have gathered in several locations, including Medford and Somerville. Although we have not yet found a permanent home, we remain deeply grateful for every space the Lord has provided.
From the very beginning, we have held a clear vision for the future of our church. Through many years of prayer, resilience, and unwavering faith, we continue to strive with the hope of securing a place we can truly call our own. A space capable of supporting the full life of our ministry, including:
- Sunday Services
- Sunday School
- Bible Study
- Committee Meetings
- An accessible space for all members, including our elderly with physical disabilities, down to our youngest child
- Nights of Prayer
- Revival Weeks
- Youth Activities & Enrichment
- Community Engagement & Service
By the grace of God, we have found a potential location that would be a tremendous blessing. One that offers the space and opportunity to carry out all of these activities and continue growing as a church family and more!
John 3:16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life!
