I'm walking 30 miles with my dog, Stella, to help the American Cancer Society fight for a world without cancer. This is a very meaningful cause for me: I've lost an uncle who was very dear to me, as well as one of my closest friends. Both fought hard, but unfortunately did not win. I have a few friends who are currently fighting, as well. Prayers appreciated.
My boyfriend and life partner has been in remission from non-Hodgkin's lymphoma for several years, and I am grateful beyond measure to have him in my life, strong and feisty! We are living life to the fullest, taking care of our bodies and hoping to continue a long and healthy journey together.
Stella and I are super excited to put paws to the ground and raise funds for this fantastic organization! ACS has a platinum rating on GuideStar (the highest possible), so give with confidence! We will update our mileage below, every day.
