Mountain Park 8U Coach Pitch All-stars

Dear Potential Sponsor,
As the school year draws to a close, we are preparing for the summer All Stars Baseball season to begin. Twelve young men were chosen to represent Mountain Park as the Pee Wee 8U Coach Pitch Allstar team. They have been chosen, based on their athletic ability and general enthusiasm for the game. As you can imagine, they are very excited about their upcoming season. They will be competing with other 8U All Stars teams in 3-4 tournaments around the metro Atlanta area.
In order to compete at this level, we require that they practice four days a week then play tournaments on the weekend. This is a significant commitment from a 8 year old boy. In return the coaches and parents have been asked to raise money to help equip the boys with uniforms, equipment bags, helmets and balls, as well as the additional entry fees to enter each tournament. All of these costs add up quickly for each of these boys to play. While many parents are able to take on the responsibility for these fees, we are also looking for tax deductable donations to help offset some of these costs.
In order to help with this endeavor, we are asking that you support these young men with your monetary donation, no matter the amount. In return, your company's name and/or logo will be proudly displayed on our team's banner at each of our games. We will also be sure to let you know how our season turns out!
