Please help my little angel
our names are jesse&jennifer workman in the photo above is our beauiful, sweet, strong, baby girl Izabella dawn workman she was 5 pds and 7oz. she is now 9 months and weighing 17 pds and i want to tell you her story and why we need your help. izabella was born into this world on 7/21/15 at kosair childerns hospital. the doctors told us she has a very rare syndrome called vacterl H syndrome. which means every letter is a birth defect. V=vertebral defects,A=anal defects,C=cardiac defects, T=Tracheo-esophageal fistula defects,R=renal/kindney defects,L=limbs defects,H=hydrocephalus/ fliud in the brain. the only defect she didnt get out of all of these is the missing limbs defects. she has been a fighter from day one. she has had alot of surgerys 2 brain surgerys to place a shunt to flush the fliud out. her lungs is restricted and not growing and this caused her to not to be bottled feed cause it went straight to her lungs so they done 2 surgeries at one time. they put a trach in her neck and a g-tube in her belly. she has 4 different issuses with her heart and they just did that surgery 3 weeks ago. she has over came so much. the reason why we are doing this is we need your help so i can bring her home with her mommy and daddy. the doctor is about to release her to either the home of the innocents or to our care with home health cause she is still on the ventilator. i found home health in clarksville,tn that can send home health rn up to hopkinsvile but, i need help getting the money in order to move up here and find a place and medical supplys i would need for her like a back up generater cause she would be on a home ventilator and other supplies she will have to have that her insurance won't cover and the cost to move to hopkinsville,ky. we need help getting started until jesse finds work in hopkinsville i just want for her to get the chance to home and take care of my baby girl. if we dont get home health for izabella they will put her into the home of the innocents which is a long term facility. we have been staying at the ronald mcdonald house for 9 months cause right beside kosair so i can be by izabella side. im needing to raise money up so i can get her home in the next month or so if i dont raise the money she will end up going home of the innocents then we cant stay at the ronald mcdonald because home of innocents is a long term nursing home. i am willing to do what ever it takes to keep our family. she is our whole world please help us so we can have the funds to bring our little angel home with her mommy and daddy we all would be so thankful!!! i have faith that god is going to find a way and the means to bring her home we just need a helping hand. thank you for reading Izabella story. and god bless!!
