Jason Court, Florida Eels Jr Hockey Dad

Jason Court, dad of Jordan and Jake and husband of Jen is extremely ill. He is suffering from a severe heart condition and is hospitalized in Orlando and may be there for  quite some time.  In fact, he may need a heart transplant. The medical expenses are astronomical and are escalating daily. The Courts’ have been a staple in the Florida Eels and the USPHL programs for over 15 years. There is never a game you won’t see them. They have generously opened up their home as a billet family for over a dozen players. These are great people. Many of you have played with Jordan and Jake or against them. This is an enormously difficult and trying time for the entire Court family. These are the same Court’s who have jumped in steadfastly and repeatedly whenever there was a “Calling All Eels” asking for help for others:  when dads were stricken with cancer, when our own players’ were diagnosed with cancer and other severe and fatal diseases. We are asking you for immediate help now to  assist them. 

As owner and General Manager of the Florida Eels I am asking that you help to assist the Courts to defray some of these expenses. Jason is in a hospital in Orlando. Jen, Jordan and Jake have been uprooted and staying up there with Jason.  You can only imagine what this is costing Jen. The food lodging etc. is crippling. I ask that you please consider assisting financially.  Every amount no matter how small or large would be greatly appreciated.
