Gary Davis & Judith's Medical Fund

It has been a rough two years for Gary and Judith. Gary suffered a debiltating bout of depression that left him unable to leave home and go to work in theater or play music, his two biggest passions in life. Judith has put her personal life on hold, being the sole caregiver for Gary. She exhausted every avenue for extending his health care coverage, financial assistance and treatment options.
To make a long story short, Gary has made a remarkable recovery in the last 6 months and is playing music in public and working part time. He can only work 5 hours a day with other job restrictions. They are on COBRA payment for medical coverage, Judith has been operating part of thier home as an AirBNB, driving Uber, and anything else she could think of to make ends meet.
With Gary finally gaining independance, Judith is starting to return to her passion of writing. She has the opportunity to attend a writing workshop in California, but is feeling guilty because funds are so tight.
Gary is not working enough yet to requalify for medical coverage and the COBRA payment is more than$1700 per month.
They are proud folks who don't ask for much and it took a while to get permission to ask for help from Gary.
