Help with my medical bills

Around the middle of January I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Within a few days, I was able to have it removed and have been given a clear report since then. The recovery from surgery wasn't too bad, but watching the bills stack up has been the scariest part.

The bills have arrived and what my insurance could cover has been deducted, leaving me with thousands yet to pay. I've been able to negotiate reasonable payment plans for all but two bills, which total a little more than the amount for which I'm asking assistance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
