July 1, 2016, my sister and I are going on our second volunteer trip together (third volunteer trip for me) with Dream Volunteers to Vietnam. 

Dream Volunteers is a non-profit organization aiming to open the eyes and hearts of its volunteers, and empower the local people we serve to become agents of change in their communities.

While in Vietnam, we will work on a number of projects to support and improve the community, including volunteering at an HIV orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City. Orphanages are commonplace in Vietnam, which is why we'll primarily focus our volunteer efforts on supporting orphaned children on this trip.

My sister and I have been dying to go on another volunteer trip after our trip in 2010 to India; however, these trips are quite expensive. In order for us to both go to Vietnam, we need to raise over $6K to cover flights, lodging, meals, ground transportation, VISAs, immunizations, and donations to individuals and families in the community.
