Phil and Lindsey flood damage help
Donativo protegido
I am starting this fund on behalf of my son Phillip and his wife Lindsey and granddaughter Isabella Jacks. They moved to Lousiana this past January from the lead poisoned water crisis in Flint Michigan into a property in Independence Louisiana where that they felt it was safe to raise Phillips 5 year old daughter in. Since they have moved there they have been through 2 major floods which has been said to be once in a lifetime, worse than Hurricaine Katrina. They have put all they have into this property and now are at risk of losing everything. Their vehicles which they need to go to work to pay for their mortgage are under water and will need to be replaced. Their well and electrical system and other repairs to their home due to flooding will need to be replaced as well. Right now they need immediate help as they are not able to work
( ruined vehicles) and pay bills due to this catastrophic flooding. Phillip has always been an activist in his former local community of Flint Michigan, helping others and lending a hand where he could. It would mean so much to our family if everyone could give a little and help keep this family from losing everything they have worked so hard for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. No donation is too small every bit helps.
