My name is Sam Lounsbury. I’m an improv student living in Chicago.
A while back I submitted an application for Second City’s newly formed Harold Ramis Film School. Mainly because I thought it would be fun and I had no reason not to . Surprisingly, I was accepted!
Second City is asking for a 10% deposit ($1,500) by September 2nd, to confirm my spot in the class in January. I know, it’s not a lot of money, but it’s a lot for me.
Film wasn't just my gateway in to art. It's practically my life. I've loved cinema ever since I could remember. Being given an oppertuinty to study the foundaitons as well as find my voice would be a dream come true.
To those who donate to that, even the people who don't exactly care for me, I would be fovever grateful to you. Everything counts and nothing is too small, so donate as much as you feel comfortable with.
