Lets Help Henro!

I recieved a call last week from our good friend Henro and he gave me some horrible news. He had been having some stomach and back pain and went into see the doctor who quickly realized Jon had a giant tumor inside of him causing this horrible pain. The doctors opened him up the next day and found that the tumor is roughly the size of a mini basketball and is wrapped around his aorta. Making surgery impossible. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer. The cancer has spread into his lymph nodes and has created this gigantic tumor.

The good news for Henro thus far is that the primary cancer is stemming from his testicles, which is one of the weakest forms of cancer. Though aggressive, can normally be reduced in size be chemotherapy and removed by surgery.

The bad news for Henro is he is going to have to have a minimum of 9-10 weeks of chemo to shrink the tumor, and a number of surgerys to remove the tumor and source of the tumor. 

He recently moved into a new house (day before he found out) and will be unable to work a large chunk of the time he will have to take off during his chemo treatments.

For all of us that have had the fortune of knowing Henro, you don't need me to explain to you how wonderful of a man he is. In the 25+ years that I have known him I have yet to meet a soul that has spoken a bad word about this man. He truly is one of the great ones. 

What I am hoping for is that all of you can help him and his beautiful new wife Lauren in this time. Not only by letting Henro know that you are thinking about him, but also by making a cash donation through this website to help him and his wife through this stressful time financially. Every litle bit will help. The last thing in the world that he needs to think about right now is medical bills and money problems.
