10th June:

Danielle had to have a second surgery due to the pins/plate becoming loose which caused her neck to become dislocated. She was moved to critical care and spent a week in there for close monitoring post operatively. Since the second surgery she has been making progress daily. Her arms are moving well and her wrists. She can also wiggle her toes and move her feet. She still in paralysed in her legs and abdomen and also her fingers. We have a very long road to recovery and are waiting for a bed to come free at a rehab hospital where she will be moved too.

24th May - Danielle is now back in Manchester in a nearby hospital where the specialist are. We have a very long road to recovery ahead of us, taking each day as it comes! When a bed comes free Danielle will be transferred to a rehab clinic. Thankyou again for all you generous donations that made it possible for me to get my sister back home ❤️

My sister is currently in hospital in Faro(Portugal) with a serious spinal injury and needs to be flown back to a UK Hospital URGENTLY where she can see a specialist and be back home closer to her family, friends and young son Noah.

On Sunday 12th May Danielle was involved in a freak accident which resulted in her breaking her neck. She has undergone MAJOR SURGERY to fix a fracture in her c6/c7 spine and has been in intensive care. She is unable to use her arms and legs so will need to be transported home on a medical plane , on a stretcher to a specialist spinal trauma unit in MANCHESTER.

We are hoping to try and raise enough money so we can fly her home as soon as possible.

Our whole family are heartbroken and worried about the outcome of this horrific accident and would appreciate any donation as big or small as you can give.
