Love the Laughlins

After a great vacation in the OBX with the whole family, Katie fell ill and ended up in the ICU. A few days later she was moved to the Neuro ICU at the University of Maryland. She's currently making strides although not very responsive. Until Katie wakes up (which we are fully trusting God to restore her back to her normal self) her family needs your help.

Katie is a stay-at-home mom and for now the kiddos are spending time with sweet friends but if Katie takes her time feeling better they may need help with more consistent childcare. In addition to this, they will surely be soaring on their way to meet their large out of pocket maximum and costs will rise the longer she is in the ICU.

Please join me in helping my precious sister and her sweet family in this crazy time. A week ago we were all laying on the beach together and it seems impossible that we are now navigating an ICU.

Above all, we beg for your prayers. We are so encouraged by the hundreds if not thousands of people who have reached out and encouraged us. We feel your support so strongly. Don't stop praying! We Need Kate to wake up.
