Help paying bills

I'm currently out of work due to a medical issue stemming from injuries I sustained while in the Army.

I have been out of work since 20 June and can not be cleared to go back to work until at least 14 July when I see the neurologist. Even then I do not know how long it will take to be cleared. 
We just bought a House after five years of trying.  While my wife works it is not enough to cover anything other then the mortgage and a few living expenses.
