Team Milford goes to the Games

Team Milford finished this year East Regionals in 3rd place! Earning their spot at The CrossFit Games!
This is the finals of CrossFit, the Olympics of CrossFit. Milford gets to go head to head with the best teams around the world.
From July 20-25 we will be putting all our hard work to the test and giving it our all at Carson California in the StubHub Center. This team has put in so much work to get where they are. Countless hours at the gym, pushing themselves beyond their limits and getting themselves into the best shape ever. Spending hours everyday working together to be the best team they can be come July.
Our CrossFit family was the strongest at Regionals this year, cheering and supporting more than any other gym. This community is stronger than we could ever imagine and look forward to the continued support throughout the games.
Team Milford needs your support. With sending a team comes several expenses that the team needs help with from purchasing plane tickets for 6 athletes, 10 nights stay at a hotel to a vehicle rental for traveling to the venue.
