Brothers and sisters in Christ:
Mario Casas is a dedicated loving husband, father, grandfather and extraordinary happy man.
Last Thursday, suddenly he suffered two consecutive heart attacks. He's been revived twice, has endured another hearth attack and after miraculously surviving when the doctors said he would NOT LIVE past 24 hours, he's still fighting for his life. They put a stent and has been in life support from the first day.
After tests, doctors, medicines and hospital care, the bills are mounting up and Mario Casas is still fighting for his life.
His grandchildren want: "Abuelo to wake up" so he can play with them with the wooden cars and 18 wheelers he has carved in wood and has collected throughout his life, hold them and throw them up in the air"
Mario's dream was to be an 18 wheeler, driver and thus be able to travel to places. Since that was not possible, he has thought his kids to dream big, get an education and live a good Christian life.
All our family thank you in advance. Please lift him in your prayers, and we know that if it's God's will, pretty soon he'll be brightening our lives with his never ending silly jokes!
