Julie Burke's Medical Support Fund

Julie Burke Dipl.OM, L.Ac, LMBT has served the Asheville community as a well respected healer for the past twelve years, attending to the subtle energetics of the individuals she works with. She began her path with a degree in Anthropology, focusing on Ethnobotany, Shamanism, and Native American studies.  In 2012, she began teaching at Daoist Traditions. She also became a Reiki Master and is now certified to teach and attune others. Julie shares from her heart. Reaching deep into her well of clinical and life experiences she guides beings toward their inner wisdom and encourages the development of a practice rooted in awareness, truth, and deep healing. Integrating conscious energetic touch and therapeutic release, Julie brings the wisdom of many different streams into focus.


We are reaching out to the community to ask for your support. On June 7th Julie was struck by a bicyclist while leaving Mountain Bizworks in Asheville NC.


Our fundraising goal for Julie is $35,000. These funds will go towards her medical and living expenses during her recovery over then next two months. The costs of her procedures will be extensive as their are many specialists that will be needed and she will not be able to work for some months.

The monetary support is appreciated and needed primarily. If you wish to support but dont have the means, there are ways other than monetary to support Julie during her recovery. She welcomes donations of liquid foods, massage, and healing works including acupuncture.
