US Women's Deaf National Soccer Team

Hello Everyone...

As you may or may not know, I am one of the Assistants for the US Deaf Women's National Soccer Team.  This year, we are going to the Deaf Olympics in Sofia, Bulgaria.  The US Deaf Women's team won the gold medal in the Deaf World Cup last summer in Turkey.  We will be defending our gold medal at the Deaf Olympics. 

For those who remember, I have been asked to go on this trip in years past (both as a player and as a coach) however for a variety of reasons, I haven't been able to go.  This is the year that I can make it work. 

In the spirit of the program, we are asked to fundraise our way to the games to gain awareness of our Team and of the Deaf Olympics.  My goal is to raise $6000 to go. Any monies that I go over and above with my goal, I will donate to other players so that they can go. 

One of my passions is coaching soccer.  If I have coached your son or daughter in the past, you know how much I enjoy being around the kids and on the field.  It is my hope that you will consider making a contribution towards my efforts to go.  Every little bit helps!
