Help supply young girls and boys with panic alarms

A video which circulated on social media today recently showed a young girl being abducted and sexually assualted on her way to school. Unfortunately in these times parents are not always able to escort their children to school due to work commitments. Parents and children should not be punished for this. I am aware that rape alarms will not eradicate the issue entirely but it would allow people around to be alerted of the situation whilst also startling the attacker. I plan to deliver rape alarms across London but of course this would be costly therefore i will start with what I can and hope that donations will enable me to do more.
